Welcome to the Ride Above Cowgirl LLC website. By accessing or using this website, registering for an event, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

2. SERVICES

Ride Above Cowgirl LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel events when reasonably necessary. Any applicable refund or transfer will be governed by the event-specific policies stated in these Terms and Conditions. 

  3. EVENT ADMISSION & SPONSORSHIP

All Shine Gala admission and sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable. Because event planning, seating, catering, and other arrangements are made based on confirmed reservations, refunds will not be issued due to cancellation by the purchaser or inability to attend.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your admission reservation to another guest by contacting Ride Above Cowgirl prior to the event.

       4. EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

If the Shine Gala is canceled by Ride Above Cowgirl and is not rescheduled, admission purchases will be refunded.

If the Shine Gala is rescheduled, admission reservations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

Sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable. Sponsor attendance is not required for sponsorship recognition or applicable sponsorship benefits. In the event the Shine Gala is canceled or rescheduled, Ride Above Cowgirl will communicate directly with sponsors regarding applicable sponsorship benefits and recognition.

      5. SHINE GALA EVENT TEES

Shine Gala event tees are offered by preorder and are final sale and non-refundable once ordered.

Event tees will be available for pickup at the Shine Gala. If you are unable to attend the event, you may contact Ride Above Cowgirl to make alternate pickup arrangements.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in ranch, horseback riding, outdoor, and any Ride Above Cowgirl event and/or retreat activities involves inherent risks.

Participants may be required to execute a separate liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement prior to participation.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, logos, graphics, photos, videos, text, and materials are the property of Ride Above Cowgirl LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Violate any law or regulation

Attempt unauthorized access to the website

Interfere with website functionality

Submit false or misleading information

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride Above Cowgirl LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or participation in Company events.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ride Above Cowgirl LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the website or participation in Company activities.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Ride Above Cowgirl LLC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
